Ok now lets start raycity. 1st login with your registered id..
and you will be redirected to the channel selection screen choose the channel with the least player also means... the the status of the channel is green.. or even none(this is to make sure you will have a hard time to fight against players to do a quest, the 1st day raycity opens, the npc Sunny is surrounded with players. and its is impossible to do anything without lag.this usually happen in channel 1,try imagining 40 cars surrounded an NPC(quest) how can the npc react? right?),After selecting the channel u prefer, you will be directed to this screen(image below)
Click create profile and something like this should turn up
enter the desired nickname or IGN(in game name) u want to use..and select your sex then click create and it will take you to the car selection screen(sorry i forgot to take the picture of the car selection screen)choose the car u desire. and you will be directed to this screen (below)
You can put nickname on you car (note** nickname is not changeable by yourself maybe after cbt its changeable or need to buy raycity topup to change it,well i'm not sure bout that)
after that click decide.. 
Now lets start with the basic control..
The arrow key up or w (its based on ur control setting but the default is arrow keys up,down,right and left, u can change em by pressing F1 but not sure can set ur own key , is for acclerate like in most racing games..
The arrow left or a is for turning left.
The arrow right or d is for turning right.
The arrow down or s is for brake or to stop a car
This is the speacility of raycity, it have the turbo start and emergency stop car control system..
To use turbo start just double tap the accelerate button either w or arrow key up(note u can oni use it when u are in gear one..
To use emergency stop just double tap down or s.
The Shift button is for drifting.
The ctrl button is for nitrous..
The space button is for jumping.
The insert button is for in game quest photographing
The z,x is a speacial sliding trick.. z is to slide ur car to the left and x is to the right.its pretty usefull to win u a race.
Note** jumping,drifting,super start,emergency stop,sliding,using nos except accelerating,braking and photographing will consume sp . so dun over used it if u want to win a race . sure the sp will slowy increases but it take sometimes, so to get sp faster u should jump over a car,lorries and buses(can be done with double jump but i can do it with single jump XP),and evading vehicles also gain u sp..

then click start game and you will be directed into the tutorial stage(complete it all i don't think i should show u how to do all because its just way to easy..)
its pretty easy you can do it with your eyes close haha (i lied but its real easy)
after you complete all 4 then you shoul be directed to the city. 1st go for the npc SunnyBelow NPC Sunny
go to her and she press enter , she will give u an intro.. so just keep on reading and pressing enter -_-..
now she is giving a quest press enter to acept this is your 1st quest so its super easy well don't be to happy because the quest get harder as you level..
now go to the npc with the yellow namesgo through the green area(means pass)
if red means Stop
if cyan (means take photo or town)
go through the second and the third one.. and you will pass the mission^^ its as simple as that .
after you pass the mission go back to sunny the "?" means there is an reward and also indicate that the one of the mission you had done already complete..
if its a "!" and its in yellow color means a mission awaits you, but if its "!" and its in white then its means that there is some certain qualification you din't achieved like maybe your level is still low or something like that..
after receiving the reward.sunny will ask you for a new quest/mission so just continue pressing enter..
like before go for the npc/guest for the mission.. with yellow names ..
when you press "L" this window will pop up its the quest window. you can set up a GPS through this well you can also set it up in the map button "Tab" but this is more specific well for quest.. 
something like this will pop up...err i forgot to take the pics for the gps system but its kinda like and arrow on top of you car.
here is the stupid auto pilot.. i hate it soo much!!
always press "L" to see what mission u had completed..
and then go on another mission.. over and over and over again.. pretty boring rite? because the mission is kinda same.. well u should go for higher lvl and the mission will get tougher , i'm just afraid you can't complete even one mission haha... keep on leveling until 19 user lvl and 150 car level, for obt 29 for user lvl and 150 for car level. here is a pic of mine XD(in cbt)
if u guys want to level up quick go for party quest but this is the hardest because u r not doin it alone ur doin it with ur friend or party members. good luck ^^(sry i dun have pic of this pt quest )

ok now when u reach level 5 (this is what i hate all the players inside ray city are too arrogant to tell me where to find the garage.. so i figured it out myself.. sigh.. )

when you are in the town(kinda looks like a mini stadium with a car convention zzz find the garage.. its marked like the pics above. in the town you can refuel, repair your car's parts, and also buy things in store oh yeah and mission/quest too. there is also a black market where you can vend all the stuff which you think are too cheap to be sell to the store.. who knows a man trash is another man treasure.. well kinda because you are not trowing it away but selling ..this is how the garage looks like..
this is only for close beta players or players with coupon..(but think of it, its kinda useless lolz..)
input the coupon u bought or receive..
and if the codes or coupon is valid something like this will pop up..you still can't see the car right?

its max speed is 224 well for me.. XP
but some can get it to 344 or more but this car won't be available in obt only the je86 well this is if u played the cbt..

Bingo tutorial
I know you guys will say what the hell is bingo have to do with cars and racing right?
Well bingo is a system to obtain powerfull yet nice engine or eg u can get a power class engine from most npc but u can’t get a rare or an unique engine from them. Its only obtainable from the bingo system.
Ok now lets start on how to bingo..
1st u will need some gems.. ruby,crystal,pearl,topaz, and more u will know what it is when u play dun sell it away, i sold mine to the npc lolz . cz i was stupid then.. i d k what is the use of it so dun sell the pearl u will need it later either quest or bingo.
2nd u need to have a car parts.. eg a beta 1.4 engine normal.
3rd go to the store and press the bingo button and u will see lots of bingo cards.. will kinda haha.. look for the bingo paper that says beta 1.4 engine power
4th read the requirement
5th find the requirement
6th use is and try to get a complete row or more see the condition of the bingo card..
(note** u can’t go for a beta engine 1.4 unique from a normal engine, to do so u will need to follow the step normal->power->rare->unique)
7th if u complete a row u will get the 1.4 beta engine power/ or a piece of metal if u failed but i think the scrap metal is really usefull cz i saw someone selling it for a high price and there is a bingo card for it too maybe its usefull
(note** have a backup engine incase the bingo system fails u)
So try the bingo system to get better performance parts ^^

Whats a on9 cars' game without races ? rite? there is two mode of races, well during cbt ofcz dun know bout obt and finnaly launched the game , will have more category of races modes.. well i hope so...
Its pretty easy enter a room , get ready , w8 , the w8 to be connected then.. race !! haha well u need a high performance part to win the races...

How to get rains?
-u can get rains from lucky rains but it will take u ages.. haha so go for quest well some lucky rains will earn u 800+ or more but still its a lot less compare to selling ur performance parts on market ^^ i sold mice once for 150k ^^ plan to sells more during obt ^^
-sell performance part at the market not the store its depends on how powerfull and rare and unique ur performance parts are.. maybe its worth 10k,50k,200k,or more ^^
-or sells em at the store usually less rains..
How can i go to town?
-press the town button on the the below left side of ur screen.
How do i get out of the town?
-Just go to the blue marker and press enter note , some of em required certain levels to enter, so just go to the blue marker with no lables..
How can i get performance parts ?
-you can either buy em at the store(which is more expensive)
-you can buy em at the market best parts are sold here by other players...
-if u are stingy like me then go and obtain em from npc or quest then go for bingo..
How to set up a gps system?
-press TAB or L(for mission) its much mo specific, then right click or is it left forgot ad.. haha they close raycity so i can't check it lolz .. until 8th april that is..
How to can i get pearl,ruby and other gems
-from quest, or non quest mission, or market
I sold my stuff on the market why i can't get my money!?

-You can fix em next to the garage there is a npc
-but not all performance parts can be fix like the booster will only last let say 36/36 once the 36/36 becomes 0/36 its can't be used anymore even if its 35/36 u still can't repaired it..
Cars runs on?
-Gas of cz, u need to refill ur gas when ever u are runnin out of em to check ur gas tank simply press "y"
Where can i refill my petrol/gas
-At the town, next to the repair npc..
(note** petrol cost 75 rains per L if i'm correct)
usually if ur petrol is used 2% it will cost ya bout 1k or more..
Can i respray my car?
-well u can but with cash money ofcz ^^

-its because u din meet the level requirements..
